The Empowerment Community Coalition (ECC) is a joint youth project between the Sisters of Temecula Valley and Uplifting Brothers.

Vision: To provide developmental programs that will propel individuals (youth between the ages of 13 to 25) to become leaders for today and tomorrow

Mission: To empower individuals to become productive citizens by providing them with the necessary skills for continuous advancement of their self-development.

The youth are our future thought leaders, creators, and technicians of our community with the dreams and promises of the solutions to our community challenges.

We will focus on 5 focus areas for our youth development
• Purpose in life
• Academic Readiness
• Character Development
• Finance & Budgeting
• STEAM Awareness

For our program to be impactful we will focus on the following initiatives
• Increasing volunteer involvement in our community (It takes a village to raise a child).
• Building a stronger relationship between the Schools and the Community
• Developing a peer to peer mentoring system along with accountability partners

Participating in advisors circles with college students and other young adults
• Learning the individual uniqueness of our youth and directing them to existing community resources to help close competency gaps to meet their goals and aspirations.

This program will provide the foundation for building a defined cohort of youth that meet established criteria for future youth recognition events.
